| Abstract: | Objective To study the general self--efficacy for nurses in neurology department and its influencing factors. Method Investigate 66 nurses in neurology department by self--designed general self--efficacy questionnaire. Result 66 valid questionnaires are received. The average score of self--efficacy for nurses in neurology department is （2. 42±0. 37）, which is obviously lower than the score of nurse group and norm P〈0. 01. Age, nursing experience and education level have positive correlation with general self-efficacy. Conclusion Nurses in neurology department have relatively low self-efficacy, which is related to age, nursing experience and education level. |
