| 摘 要： | 面对全球与我国艾滋病(AIDS)传播蔓延的严峻形势,必须清醒的认识到“行动时刻”的到来和形势的紧迫性、严重性。牢牢把握以AIDS防治知识传播及全面提高AIDS防治认知水平为重点的预防措施。进一步提高认识、更新观念,从我国实际现状出发,组织构建我国AIDS防治知识传播体系在当前极为必要。从必要性、组织构架、观念态度、规划行动等方面提出了构建我国AIDS防治知识传播体系的设想与见解。

| Abstract: | The present situation of AIDS prevention and control in the world and china is very serious.It's essential to strengthen health education related to the prevention and control of HIV/ AIDS and improve the awareness level of the knowledge,and it's time for us to construct a spreading system of the knowledge.After analyzing the necessity,orgnizing structure,attitudes and planing,we put forward some of ideas and opinions about the constructing of the system for knowledge spreading. |
