CT导向下立体定向血肿抽吸

目的评价CT导引下定向脑血肿抽吸术的临床应用价值。方法选择入院治疗的脑血肿患者55例,应用CJF型立体定向仪于CT导引下施行脑血肿抽吸治疗。结果55例脑血肿患者存活52例,死亡3例。生存的52例中,近期效果生存质量较好的(ADL 1~2)39例,残废10例(ADL 3者7例,ADL 4者3例),暂时植物生存(ADL 5)3例。血肿一次抽吸≥85%者30例,血肿一次抽吸50%~84%者16例,血肿一次抽吸<50%者9例。手术后再次出血是主要并发症,本组为2例。结论CT导向下立体定向脑内血肿抽吸术是一种值得推广的安全、精确和简捷的脑内血肿治疗方法。

Study on cerebral hematoma aspiration guided by CT

Objective To evaluate the clinic values of cerebral hematoma aspiration guided by CT.Methods 55 in-patients with cerebral hematoma were treated by aspiration guided by CT with the use of CJF three-dimensional position indicator.Results Of the 55 patients,52 patients survived,3 patients died.Of the 52 survivals,39 patients,short-term life quality was good(ADL1~2),10 patients had physical disability(ADL3 in 7 patients,ADL4 in 3 patients),3 patients were in transient vegetative state(ADL5). Blood aspiration quantity per one aspiration was 85% or greater in 30 patients,50%~84% in 16 cases,less than 50% in 9 cases.The predominant complication of hematoma aspiration was recurrent hemorrhage,which occurred in 2 patients.Conclusion Cerebral hematoma aspiration guided by CT with the use of three-dimensional position indicator is a safe,precise and simple therapy method and is worthy of recommendation.
