841例支气管肺炎儿童住院费用的影Ⅱ向因素及通径分析

目的分析支气管肺炎儿童住院费用的影响因素及作用程度，建立降低住院费用的有效对策。方法对某三甲综合医院2010年出院的841例支气管肺炎儿童的住院费用及相关影响因素采用通径分析方法计算主要因素的直接和间接作用程度。结果剔除次要因素后，六大主要影响因素中，药费和住院天数对住院费用的直接影响最大，住院天数的间接影响最大。结论加强单病种质控管理、缩短平均住院日。避免感染，加强健康宣传对降低住院费用具有重要作用。

Influendng Factors and Latus Rectmn Analysis of Hospitalization Costs in 841 Children with Broncholmeumonia I

Objective To analyze the influence factors and the effect degree of children＇s hospital expenses of bronehopneumonia, and to establish effective countermeasures to reduce hospital costs. Methods Using latus rectum analysis to calculate the direct and indirect effect degree of hospital expenses and related factors of 841 children with bronchopneumonia. Results In the six main factors, excluding minor factors, medicine fee and length of stay have greatest direct impact on hospital expenses, length of stay has greatest indirectly impact on hospital expenses. Conclusion Strengthening the quality control management of single disease, shortening the average length of stay, avoiding infection and strengthening health promotion play an important role to reduce hospitalization costs.
