紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗老年非小细胞肺癌毒性反应及对策的临床分析(附155例报告)

目的 观察紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的毒性反应,探讨保证化疗顺利进行应采取的相应措施.方法对经病理学或细胞学检查证实的155例老年NSCLC患者,采取紫杉醇与卡铂联合化疗方案.观察毒性反应,并予相应的防治措施.结果 155例老年NSCLC患者化疗后均有不同程度的胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制及肝、肾功能损害.通过予5-羟色胺(5-HT)受体拮抗剂类药物止吐,粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)类药物升白细胞及水化、保肝治疗、规范操作技术等措施,减少了化疗药物所致的各种毒性作用.结论紫杉醇与卡铂治疗老年NSCLC的毒性反应,通过防范和治疗是可以减轻的.

The side-effects and preventive measures of combined paclitaxel plus carboplatin therapy in 155 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer (report of 155 cases)

Objective To observe the side-effects of combined paclitaxel plus carboplatin therapy in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and take the measures for the prevention of these adverse events in order to complete the chemotherapy. Methods 155 elderly patients with definite NSCLC diagnosed by pathological and cytological changes were treated with combined paclitaxel plus carboplatin therapy. The side-effects of chemotherapy were observed and some preventive measures were taken. Results All of 155 elderly patients with NSCLC treated with the combined chemotherapy had gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression and hepatorenal impairment in some extent. Antiemetic therapy with 5-HT receptor antagonist,leucocytosis treated with G-CSF medicine and hydration,liver protecting therapy and standard operation procedure could reduce the side-effects of the chemotherapy. Conclusions The side-effects of combined paclitaxel and carboplatin in elderly patients with NSCLC can be relieved by effective prophylactic therapy.
