浓缩天麻丸质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立浓缩天麻丸的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法对处方中天麻、羌活、独活进行定性鉴别,用HPLC测定天麻素的含量。结果定性鉴别分离度好,易于区别;天麻素含量测定线性范围为0.1012μg-1.0120μg,R2=0.999,平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.01%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、重现性好,阴性对照无干扰,可用于浓缩天麻丸的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the quality standard for concentrated Tianma pill. Methods TLC was performed to identify Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Rhizoma Et Radix Notopterygi and Radix Angelicae Pubescentis. HPLC was used to determine Gastrodine. Results The characteristic for identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. Gastrodine could be determined by HPLC. The linearity of Gastrodine was good in the range of 0.101 2 ?g-1.012 0 ?g, R2=0.999,The average recovery of Gastrodine was 98.8% with RSD=1.01% (n=6). Conclusion The methods of identification and quantification are simple and reproducible. It can be used effectively for the quality control of concentrated Tianma pill.
