全身热疗联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

目的：观察全身热疗联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性。方法：将１５４例病理确诊的患者随机分为全身热疗联合化疗组和单用化疗组。全身热疗联合化疗组在深度镇静或全身麻醉成功后，放置食管、直肠测温探头，动态监测温度。当食管温度升到３９℃时，输注顺铂６０ｍｇ／ｍ^２；达到４１℃时，输注伊立替康５０ｍｇ／ｍ^２。热疗后第８天、第１５天继续给予伊立替康５０ｍｇ／ｍ^２化疗。单纯化疗组仅用相同方案化疗。２８天为１个周期，３周期后按ＷＨＯ标准评价疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为６１.０４％（４７／７７）。对照组总有效率为４０.２６％（３１／７７），两组疗效有明显差异（Ｐ＝０.０１５６）。结论：全身热疗联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌有明显疗效。在深度镇静或全身麻醉下可以安全进行全身热疗。

Whole body hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of whole body hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods：Temperature detectors were settled to monitor the temperature of esophagus and rectum after the patients sedated or whole body anesthetized successfully.The 60mg/m2 cisplatin,50mg/m2 irinotecan were respectively infused into patients when the temperature of the esophagus reached 39℃,41℃.Results：The total response rate（CR＋PR）of experimental group was 61.04%（47/77）and the control group＇s was 40.26%（31/77）.Therapeutic effect between the two groups were obviously different（P=0.015 6）.Conclusion：Whole body hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy is effective in advanced NSCLC.And whole body hyperthermia is a safe way to treat advanced NSCLC when patients were sedated or whole body anesthetized.
