降钙素原在老年心衰患者合并肺部感染中的应用

目的 探讨血清降钙素原（PCT）在老年心衰患者并肺部感染诊断及治疗中的价值.方法 应用荧光酶联免疫技术测定80例老年心衰患者并肺部感染急诊患者及80例老年心衰患者并发非细菌感染性疾病的PCT,并同期测定患者C反应蛋白（CRP）.结果 合并肺部感染急诊患者PCT阳性72例,阳性率90％,CRP测定阳性80例,阳性率100％;同期80例非并发细菌感染性疾病患者PCT阳性9例,阳性率16.1％,CRP阳性64例,阳性率80％.结论 PCT检测应用于老年心衰急性发作的急诊患者,可作为早期快速鉴别是否并发肺部感染的实验室指标,从而能指导抗生素合理使用.

Procalcitonin in elderly patients with heart failure with pulmonary infection Applications

Objective： To investigate whether serum procalcitonin （PCT） is a good diagnosis indicator for elder/y pa- tients with heart failure and pulmonary infection. Methods ： The serum PCT and C - reactive protein （CRP） of two groups of patients were measured with the fluorescent enzyme immunoassay technique. One of the two groups was 80 eases of elder- ly emergency patients with heart failure and pulmonary infection, and the other group was 80 cases o~ elderly patients with heart failure and non - bacterial infectious disease. Results ： The positive cases of PCT in 80 emergency patients with pul- monary infection were 72, the positive rate of 90%, and 80 positive cases of CRP measured in the patients were positive, the positive rate of 100%. The positive cases of PCT and CRP were 9 and 64 respectively, with a positive rate of 16.1% and 80%, in the 80 cases of patients with non - concurrent bacterial infections. Conclusion： PCT test applied to acute ex- acerbation of chronic heart failure in emergency patients can be as an early indicator to quickly identify whether the pulmo- nary infection occurs at the same time, which can guide the rational use of antibiotics.
