| 摘 要： | 目的:观察胸腺瘤组织及瘤旁组织端粒酶的活性,探讨其临床意义.方法:用改良的TRAP法检测18例侵袭性胸腺瘤、39例非侵袭性胸腺瘤和瘤旁组织以及20例正常胸腺组织端粒酶活性,用Tecan酶免分析仪连续测定其450-630nm的OD值.结果:18例侵袭性胸腺瘤及其瘤旁组织端粒酶阳性率及活性强度OD明显高于非侵袭性胸腺瘤.结论:端粒酶的检测有可能作为判别胸腺瘤良、恶性的新指标.
