| 摘 要： | 本文对罗红霉素微生物检定用的试验菌：枯草芽孢杆菌和短小芽孢杆菌，做了可靠性测试，结果表明，两种试验菌均可作为罗红霉素含量测定的试验菌，尤以用短小芽孢杆菌作检定菌结果更为满意。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the reliability of bacillus subtilis and bacillus pumilus as the testing organisms for microbiological assay of roxithromycin was studied. The result showed that both of these two organisms could be used as the testing bacterium,with b. pumilus better than b.subtilis. |
