心理护理对消化性溃疡患者心理状态、治疗依从性及疗效的影响

目的探讨心理护理对消化性溃疡（PU）患者心理状态、治疗依从性及疗效的影响。方法选择80例PU患者并随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均予单纯药物治疗，观察组在此基础上予综合性心理护理，疗程8周。结果治疗8周后，观察组SAS和SDS评分下降的幅度较对照组更明显（P〈0．05），治疗依从性、溃疡愈合率和HD清除率均明显高于对照组（X2=10．46、11．73、9．96，均P〈0．01）。随访6个月，观察组复发率明显低于对照组（x2=6．92，P〈0．01）。结论心理护理能明显改善PU患者的心理状态，提高患者治疗依从性，促进消化性溃疡的愈合，降低HD的感染率．减少复发．从而提高临床疗效。

The effect of mental nursing intervention on the mental status,therapeutic compliance and efficacy of patients with peptic ulcer

Objective To explore the effect of mental nursing intervention on the mental status,therapeutic compliance and efficacy of patients with peptic ulcer(PU).Methods Eighty patients with PU were divided into observation group and control group.All patients received pharmacotherapy,patients in observation group received comprehensive mental nursing intervention for 8 weeks.Results Eight weeks after treatment,SAS and SDS scores decreased more significantly in observation group than those in control group(P < 0.05),and the patient compaliance,peptic ulcer healing rate and Hp clearance rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(χ2 =10.46,11.73 and 9.96,all P < 0.01).During 6 months of follow-up,the relapse rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(χ2=6.92,P < 0.01).Conclusion The mental nursing intervention can improve the mental status,raise the therapeutic compliance,promote the healing of peptic ulcer,reduce the infectivity of Hp and relapse rate,and make a better efficacy.
