| 摘 要： | 目的探讨轻度妊娠高血压(简称妊高征)患者胱抑素C和凝血指标变化,并讨论其临床意义。方法检测71例我院住院轻度妊高征患者和90例健康产妇血清胱抑素C含量和凝血指标(PT、APTT、TT、FIB、),并进行比较。结果妊高征患者胱抑素C浓度(1.61±0.28)mg/L与对照组(1.23±0.32)mg/L相比,显著升高(P<0.05),但肌酐变化不明显。PT、TT显著缩短(P<0.05),FIB含量及AT-Ⅲ百分比均显著增加(均P<0.05),APTT无显著性差异。结论轻度妊高征患者有高凝倾向,且肾功能降低,应引起关注。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the cystatin C and coagulation index changes of mild pregnancy-induced hypertension(referred to as PIH)patients,and discuss its clinical significance.Methods Serum cystatin C content and coagulation index(PT and APTT,TT,and FIB)of 71 hospitalized patients with mild PIH and 90 healthy maternal cases were tested and compared.Results PIH cystatin C concentration(1.61 ± 0.28)mg/Lwas significantly higher than the control group(1.23±0.32)mg/L(P<0.05),while creatinine did not change significantly.PT,TT were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the FIB content and the percentage of AT-III were significantly increased(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference in APTT.Conclusion Patients with mild PIH have a hypercoagulable tendency and decreased renal function,which calls for due attention. |
