伴有癫痫发作的颅内静脉窦血栓14例报道

目的对伴有癫痫发作的颅内静脉窦血栓(CVST)进行临床分析,以降低误诊率,提高诊治水平。方法对我院2006年1月至2011年5月收治的14例伴有癫痫发作的CVST患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者在治疗静脉窦血栓的同时,辅以抗癫痫药物治疗。其中2例在急性期2周内死亡,病死率为14.29%,其余12例经治疗后好转出院。结论 CVST临床表现复杂多样,缺乏特异性,对合并局灶性神经功能缺损及头颅CT/MRI显示局部出血或缺血性梗死的高危患者可预防性应用抗癫痫药物。

Report on 14 Cases of Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis with Epilepsy

Objective To make a clinical analysis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)patients accompanied with epilepsy to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data of 14 CVST patients with epilepsy during Jan.2006 to May 2011 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed.Results The patients received the medication treatment of CVST and epilepsy simutaneusly.2 of them died during the acute phase of the first two weeks.The rest had taken a turn for the better and were discharged from hospital,making a mortality of 14.29%.Conclusion The clinical manifestation of CVST was complicated and lack of specificity.High-risk patients with merge focal neurological deficits and head CT/MRI indicated local hemorrhage or ischemic infarction can take prophylactic antiepileptic drugs.
