| 摘 要： | 总结210例行气管切开术的患者的护理,其中术后发生肺部感染20例,套管内分泌物阻塞2例,皮下气肿2例,气道出血2例,套管脱离气管切口滑入气管前臂组织1例。通过加强护理,及时处理,可以预防并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | We summarized the complication of 210 patientswith tracheotomy.20 cases suffered from pulmonary infetion infection,2 cases suffering from subcutaneous emphysema,2 caeses,suffering from massive hemorrhage in branch and Endocrine obstructed tracheotomy tube in 2 cases,tube breaking away from notch into anterior-wall in 1 case.The compication could be rpevented by strengthening nurse. |
