| 摘 要： | 营养性缺铁性贫血是６个月－３岁小儿常见病、多发病，严重威胁着小儿生长、发育和健康，但对新生儿铁营养问题，鲜见报道。本文就西宁地区７０例出生３天之内新生儿进行了血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）、红细胞内游离原卟啉（ＦＥＰ）和ＦＥＰ／Ｈｂ值进行了检测，探索亚高原西宁地区及其郊区（海拔２２６１—２５６０米），大气压７７．４５－７４．３８ＫＰａ）［１］新生儿缺铁状况及有关因素，结果平均Ｈｂ值２００．５２±２７．４ｇ／Ｌ；ＦＥＰ５４４．４±２６９．６μｇ／Ｌ；ＦＥＰ／Ｈｂ２．７μｇ／ｇ。其中男性平均ＦＥＰ值为５３６．２±２０９．９３μｇ／Ｌ，女性为５５３．５８±３１１．６２μｇ／Ｌ，和全国铁缺乏症标准比较［２］，男女性均有差异性。

ANALYSIS OF 70 CASES OF IRON DEFICIENCY OF NEONATE IN XINING REGION |

| Abstract: | Nutritional iron deficiency anemia is a common disease of 6 months to 3 years old chidren. It disturbs children's normal development and health. Iron nurtitive problems of newborn were reported in other articles. In this article, 70 cases of less than 3 days after burthof neonatcs hemoglobin (Hb) and free erythrocytc protoporphyrin (FEP) were examined, inorder to find out conditon of sideropenis of neonatcs ineluding related factors in Xining city of2261-2560 meters above scalevcl(atmosphcre 77. 45-74. 38kpa). Results show: Hb was 200.52 ± 27. 4g/L, FEP 544. 4 ± 269. 6μg/L and FEP/Hb: 2. 7μg/g, FEPaverage: 536. 2 ± 209.93μg/g/L (male), 553. 58 = 311. 62μg/g/L (female). As compare with the internal data,there is different in male and female respectively. |
