精神科男护士焦虑抑郁情绪与工作压力相关性研究

目的 探讨精神科男护士焦虑抑郁情绪与工作压力的相关性,为制定干预措施提供依据.方法 对100名精神科临床男护士采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和护士工作压力源量表进行测评分析.结果 精神科临床男护士焦虑、抑郁情绪检出率分别为52.0%、39.0%;有焦虑、抑郁情绪的男护士工作压力源量表各维度评分均显著高于无焦虑、抑郁情绪者(P＜0.05);男护士焦虑自评量表评分与工作压力源量表各维度评分均呈显著正相关,抑郁自评量表评分与工作压力源量表专业及工作、时间及工作量、环境及资源、患者护理4个维度评分呈显著正相关(P＜0.05).结论 精神科男护士焦虑抑郁情绪检出率高,其焦虑抑郁情绪与护理工作压力密切相关,应引起管理者的重视.

Correlation study of anxiety-depression emotion and job stress among psychiatric male nurses

Objective To explore the correlation of anxiety-depression emotion and job stress among psychiatric male nurses in order to provide basis for instituting intervention measures. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Chinese Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire （CNJSQ） among 100 psychiatric male nurses. Results The detection rates of anxiety and depression emotion were 52% and 39% respectively; all dimensions scores of the CNJSQ were significantly higher among male nurses with anxiety-depression emotion than ones without （P〈0.05） ; the score of SAS was positively related to all dimensions scores of the CNJSQ notably, that of the SDS to such 4 dimension scores as occupation and job, time and quality, environment and resources as well as patients＇ nursing （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection rate of anxiety-depression emotion among psychiatric male nurses is high, their anxiety-depression emotions are closely related to job stress, to which attention should be paid.
