2型糖尿病患者血清CA19-9升高影响因素分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清中糖类抗原CA19-9升高的影响因素。方法入选460例2型糖尿病患者,按血清中CA19-9水平,分为CA19-9正常组(CA19-9≤37 U/ml)及CA19-9升高组(CA19-9>37 U/ml)。检测糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)等。分析两组在性别、年龄、糖尿病病程、体质指数(BMI)等方面有无差异。对上述因素进行血清CA19-9升高相关因素逐步logsti回归分析。结果女性、HBA1c、TC、LDL-C均是2型糖尿病患者CA19-9升高的危险因素(P<0.05),而年龄、BMI、糖尿病病程、FPG、IGF-1、甘油三酯水平对2型糖尿病患者CA19-9升高的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示CA19-9升高与HbAlc及性别相关(P值均<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者CA19-9升高与HbAlc及性别相关。

Analysis on influencing factors for elevated serum CA19-9 in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To study influence factors for elevation of serum CAl9-9 in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Four hundred and sixty patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into CA19-9 normal group（CAl9-9≤37 U/ml） and CA19-9 elevated group（CAl9-937 U/ml） according to the serum level of Ca 19-9.Glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）,fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,total cholesterol（TC）,lower density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）,triglyceride（TG） and insulin-like growth factor（IGF-1） were examined in all patients.The difference in gender,age,duration of diabetes,body mass index（BMI） etc was analyzed between these two groups.Step-wise logistics regression analysis was performed to compare above factors.Results For female patients with type 2 diabetes,HBA1c,TC and LDL-C were their risk factors for elevation of CA19-9（P0.05）,and there were no statistical significance（P0.05） among age,duration of diabetes,BMI,and levels of FPG,and IGF-1 and triglyceride.The correlation analysis showed that the elevation of serum CA19-9 was related with HbAlc and gender（P0.05）.Conclusion The elevation of serum CA19-9 is related with HbAlc and gender in patients with type 2 diabetes.
