早期乳腺癌腋窝前哨淋巴结活检阴性保留腋窝淋巴结与腋窝淋巴结清扫的非随机对照临床研究

目的探讨前哨淋巴结活检术替代腋窝巴结清扫术在早期乳腺癌手术中应用的可行性。方法对2006年1月至2010年12月临床52例T1-2N0M0乳腺癌患者行前哨淋巴结活检术,25例前哨淋巴结阴性患者不行腋窝清扫,27例前哨淋巴结阴性患者加做腋窝清扫术。结果不行腋窝清扫患者术后并发症发生率低于腋窝清扫患者,随访6月至5年,未发现腋窝淋巴结复发患者,所有患者均健在。结论腋窝前哨淋巴结活检可以缩小手术范围,减少患者术后并发症。腋窝前哨淋巴结活检阴性可替代腋窝清扫术。

Prospective non-randomized clinical study on sentinel lymph node biopsy substituting axillary lymph node dissection in patients with breast cancer

Objective To study the possibility of substituting axillary lymph node dissection by sentinel lymph node biopsy in operation of patients with early breast cancer.Methods Fifty two patients with T1-2N0M0 breast cancer had been examined with sentinel lymph node biopsy in this hospital since Jan.2006.Among them,25 patients with negative sentinel lymph node didn＇t receive axillary lymph node dissection,while 27 patinets with negative sentinel lymph node received axillary lymph node dissection after sentinel lymph node biopsy.Results The probability of occurring complications in patient group without receiving axillary lymph node dissection was lower than that of patient group received axillary lymph node dissection,and follow-up for 6 months to 5 years revealed that all patients were cured and no relapse occurred.Conclusion Sentinel lymph node biopsy can narrow the scope of operation and it may cut down the probability of complications.Sentinel lymph node biopsy can substitute axillary lymph node dissection.
