母乳性黄疸的临床特征及干预措施

目的 提高对母乳性黄疸的认识,探讨母乳性黄疸的临床特征及干预措施.方法 收集沂南县人民医院诊治的89例母乳性黄疸患儿对其临床特征进行分析,在不停止母乳喂养的情况下给予茵栀黄口服液配合蓝光照射治疗.结果 所有患儿全部治愈,无后遗症发生.结论 茵栀黄口服液配合蓝光照射治疗母乳性黄疸退黄效果好,而且安全.同时又可继续母乳喂养,增加母乳喂养的成功率,促进了母婴的身心健康.

Clinical features and interventions of children patients with breast milk jaundice

Objective To improve the understanding of children patients with breast milk jaundice,and study the clinical features and interventions of it.Methods Eighty-nine cases of breast milk jaundice were observed as observation group.We analyzed their clinical features.In the case of non-stop breast-feeding,they were treated by the combination therapy of yinzhihuang oral solution combined with blue-ray irradiation.Results All the sick children were cured without sequelae.Conclusion The combination therapy of yinzhihuang oral solution with blue-ray irradiation for breast milk jaundice is effective and safe.At the same time,the continuous breast-feeding could not only increase the success rate of breast-feeding,but also promote the physical and mental health of maternal and child.
