脐带脱垂16例临床资料分析

目的 探讨脐带脱垂的预防、不同处理方法与新生儿预后的关系.方法 对松江区中心医院10年间发生脐带脱垂的16例临床资料进行分析.结果 隐性脐带脱垂多发生在临产前,主要通过产检时B超发现.显性脐带脱垂多发生于活跃期及第二产程,早期发现并迅速上推胎头、抬高孕妇臀部,有效减轻脐带受压,快速终止妊娠,可减少新生儿窒息.结论 加强产前检查,提高医务人员对脐带脱垂的警惕性,注意产程观察,及时发现并正确处理脐带脱垂,能有效减少围产儿死亡.

Clinical analysis on 16 cases of prolapse of umbilical cord

Objective To observe the relationship between prevention,different treatment methods for prolapse of umbilical cords and neonatal prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of prolapse of umbilical cord treated in this hospital within 20 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results Recessive prolapse of umbilical cord often developed in preterm fetus,which can be found through B type ultrasonography.Dominant prolapse of umbilical cord mostly happened in active phase and second stage of normal delivery.Early pushing upward child＇s head and rapidly pushing upward pregnant woman＇s buttock can effectively alleviate the press received by umbilical cord,and it might immediately terminate gestation,thus the incidence rate of suffocation of newborns can be decreased.Conclusion Strengthening preterm check can improve the awareness of medical workers to prolapse of umbilical cord,pay close attention to observe the labor course,then find and correctly manage the prolapse of umbilical cord,thus it can effectively reduce the perinatal mortality.
