慢性乙型肝炎患者心理健康与生存质量状况调查

目的 探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理健康与生存质量状况,为临床心理干预及个体化治疗提供依据.方法 将90例慢性乙型肝炎患者设为研究组,抽取同期正常体检健康者100名设为对照组,采用症状自评量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表对两组进行测评分析.结果 研究组症状自评量表总分及躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑因子分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05或0.01),世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表4个领域评分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 慢性乙型肝炎患者存在不同程度的心理问题,生存质量较低,对患者进行常规抗病毒治疗的同时,还应关注患者的生存质量,针对患者存在的心理问题予以心理干预,对促进患者的全面康复具有重要意义.

Surveys of mental status and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the mental status and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB） in order to provide the basis for clinical mental intervention and individual treatment. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Symptom Checklist90 （SCL-90） and World Health Organization Quality of Life （WHOQOL-BREF） among 90 CHB patients （research group） and 100 healthy subjects re- ceiving physical examination in the corresponding period （control group）. Results Compared with control group, the total, somatization, obsessive symptoms, interpersonal relation, depression and anxiety score were significantly higher （P〈0.05 or 0.01） and 4 domain scores of the WHOQOL-BREF lower （P〈 0.01） in the research. Conclusion CHB patients have different degrees of psycho-problems and lower quality of life, to their quality of life attention should be paid at the same time of routine antiviral therapy, purposeful mental intervention be given to them according to their psycho-problems, and these have important significance for promoting patients＇ comprehensive rehabilitation.
