| 摘 要： | 目的：研究A波和F波、H反射在诊断腰骶神经根病中的意义.方法：以临床诊断为腰骶神经根病的30例患者为研究对象,行双下肢A波和F波、H反射检查.结果：在所检测的30例腰骶神经根病患者的60条胫神经中,31条出现H反射异常,9条出现F波异常,31条出现A波.其中有10条H反射及F波正常的神经出现A波.结论：A波联合F波、H反射可提高腰骶神经根病检出率.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of A-wave combined with F-wave and H- reflection in patients with lumbosacral radiculopathy（LR）. Methods：The frequencies of A-wave occurred in F-wave and H-reflection were recorded in 60 tibial nerves of 30 lumbosacral radiculopathy patients with LR. Results：A-wave occurred in 31/60 tibial nerves,F-wave occurred in 9/60 tibial nerves and H-reflection occurred in 31/60 tibial nerves. And A-wave was recorded in 10 nerves with normal F-wave and H- reflection. Conclusion.. A-wave combined with F-wave and H-reflection has significant clinical value on the improvement of the diagnosis rate of lumbosacral radiculopathy. |
