出院后延续性护理干预对扩张型心肌病患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨出院后随访式延续性护理干预对扩张型心肌病（DCM）患者生活质量的影响。方法 将2011年1月-2013年6月在我科出院的扩张型心肌病患者68例按照奇偶数分为干预组36例与对照组32例,干预组出院后实施延续性护理干预,对照组给予常规出院护理。出院后6个月,比较两组患者6min步行距离,并应用明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表对两组患者的生活质量进行评分。结果 干预组患者再住院率降低,运动耐力和生活质量评分明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论 出院后随访式延续性护理干预可明显提高扩张型心肌病患者的运动耐力和生活质量,降低再住院率。

Effect of extended nursing intervention after discharge on quality of life for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To study the effect of follow-up extended nursing intervention after discharge on the quality of life for patients with dilated eardiomyopathy （DCM）. Method 68 discharged patients with dilated cardiomyopathy from January 2011 to June 2013 were divided into intervention group （36 cases） and control group（32 cases） accord- ing to the odd and even number in our department, the intervention group were given extended nursing intervention, the control group was given routine nursing. 6 rain walking distance test and quality of life 6 months after discharge were measured and compared by applying Minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire score between the two groups. Result The rate of re-hospitalization, exercise tolerance and quality of life scores in the intervention group were better than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The follow-up extended nursing intervention after discharge can significantly improve the quality of life for patients with dilated eardiomyopathy and decrease re-hospitalization.
