假松茸多糖的提取及抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:目的]观察长白山地区假松茸真菌多糖的最佳提取工艺及体外抗氧化活性.方法]采用水提取法从假松茸中提取多糖,通过单因素和正交试验确定假松茸多糖的最佳提取工艺.采用Fenton法和邻苯三酚自氧化法观察假松茸多糖的体外抗氧化活性.结果]假松茸水提取多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶20,提取温度90℃,提取时间60min,提取次数2次,最高提取率为5.94%.假松茸多糖对羟基自由基·OH和超氧负离子O2-均具有一定的清除作用,且呈剂量依赖性.结论]长白山地区假松茸真菌多糖具有一定的抗氧化能力,且有量效关系.

Study on extract and its antioxidant activities of polysaccharide of tricholoma baka matsutake

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study on optimal extraction process and antioxidant activities in vitro on polysaccharide of tricholoma baka matsutake(TBM)in Changbai mountain area.METHODSPolysaccharide was extracted by water extraction from TBM,and the optimal extraction process from the polysaccharide of TBM was confirmed by the single factor and the orthogonal experiments,and the antioxidant activities of the polysaccharide of TBM were observed in vitro by Fenton method and pyrogallol self oxidation method.RESULTSThe optimal extraction process condition form the polysaccharide of TBM was that the ratio of TBM to liquid was 1∶20(g/mL),extraction temperature was 90℃,extraction time was 60 min for 2times,and the highest extraction ratio was 5.94%.The polysaccharide of TBM had some scavenging effects for the·OH and O2 with dose-dependent.CONCLUSIONThe polysaccharide of TBM in Changbai mountain area has certain antioxidant activity with does-effect relationship.
