睫状体光凝术治疗难治性青光眼的临床疗效分析

目的：分析应用二极管激光透巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗难治性青光眼的临床疗效。方法：对23例（23只眼）难治性青光眼患眼行二极管激光透巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗，对其治疗前及治疗后的眼压情况进行统计学分析。结果：所有患者术后（4～6周）平均眼压（20．37±3．02）mmHg，与治疗前眼压（58．46±8．21）mmHg相比，经统计学分析，有显著差异性（P〈0．01）。结论：使用二极管激光透巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗难治性青光眼，能够显著地降低患者高眼压，减轻眼痛、头痛症状，且并发症较少、可以反复治疗，是治疗难治性青光眼的有效方法。

Diode laser transseleral cyclophoto coagulation for treatment of refractory glaucoma

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficiency of diode laser transs--cleral cyclopho to coagulation on the treatment of refractory glaucoma. Methods： Transscleral cyclopho to coagulation were performed in 23 eyes of 23 patients with medically and statistically uncontrolled glaueoma. The laser we used was 810nm in wave, and G--detecting head was used to do transseleral c yclophotocoagulationl. Results： The means in traocular pressure before and after treatment in 23 eyes were （20. 37±3.02）mmHg and （58. 46±8.21）mmHg re- spectively, which was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Diode laser transscleral cyclophotocoagulation is ective in treating refractory glaucoma to help the patient get utility eye sight and avoid the complications ,relieve eye pain, headaches and fewer complications ,Can be repeated treatment.
