蒲公英根多糖的抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:目的:提取蒲公英根中多糖,测定其多糖含量和体外抗氧化作用。方法:超声波协同酶法提取蒲公英根中的多糖,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖的含量,以维生素C为对照,采用分光光度法测定蒲公英根多糖对OH·和O-2·自由基的抑制作用,HPLC法检测DPPH·的浓度法测定蒲公英根活性多糖清除DPPH·自由基的能力。结果:蒲公英根中的多糖含量为83.31%,清除OH·、O-2·和DPPH·的IC50值分别为:0.047mg/mL,0.01mg/mL,0.154mg/mL。结论:蒲公英根多糖对OH·、O-2·和DPPH·自由基均有良好的清除能力。

Studies on antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from dandelion root

Abstract:Objective: To extract polysaccharides from Taraxaeums, and determine its content and study the Antioxidant activity of polysaccharides. Methods: Polysaccharides were extracted by ultrasonic synergy en- zyme methods. The contents of polysaccharide from Dandelion Root were determined by the method of phenol --sulphate acid. The Inhibition effect of polysaceharides to OH.and 0~- ~ were evaluated by spectrophotometry through comparing with VC. The concentration method of DPPH was detected by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. This methos can also be used to determine the ability of scavenging against DPPH agenstac- tivity polysaccharides from Dandelion Root, Results: The polysaccharide content is 63.31% in Taraxacums and IC50 for against OH., O2- ; and DPPH. were 0. 047mg/mL, 0.01 mg/mL,0. 154mg/mL. Conclusion: The polysaccharides had strong scavenging activity to O2-, OH. and DPPH..
