甲氨蝶呤联合亚叶酸钙在异位妊娠中的应用

目的：研究和探讨甲氨蝶呤联合亚叶酸钙在异位妊娠中的应用效果。方法：以我院2012-04～2013-04收治的63例联合药物保守治疗异位妊娠患者为研究对象，对患者按照血p—HCG水平进行分组，甲组血p—HCG≤2000mIu／mL，乙组血p—HCG在2000-6000mIu／mL，对两组患者均采用大剂量甲氨蝶呤（MTX）75mg肌肉注射，并在24h后实施亚叶酸钙（CF）解救，患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：甲组28例患者治疗有效率达到96．43％，高于乙组的73．54％，两组闻用药后不良反应无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：甲氨蝶呤联合亚叶酸钙治疗异位妊娠疗效确切，对于血B—HCG水平较低患者效果更加，无严重失血休克和死亡病例，对于未婚未育要求保守治疗患者是一种可靠的治疗手段。

The application of MTX and CF in ectopic pregnancy

Objective： To study and investigate the application effect of methotrexate and leucovorin in eetopic pregnancy. Methods. 63 eases of combination drug conservative treatment of eetopic pregnancy patients from April 2012 to April 2013 were chosen as the study eases. Patients were divided in accordance with the level of serum β--HCG grouping into group A （serum [β--HCG ≤ 2000mIu/mL）, group B （serum β--HCG in 2000mIu/mL to 6000mIu/mL）. Both groups were treated with high--dose methotrexate （MTX） 75rag intra- muscular injection, and leucovorin （CF） rescue were implemented after 24h, clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： efficiency rate of 28 patients treatment in group A reached 96. 43%, higher than that of 73. 54% in group B. Adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups were no significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion. Methotrexate and leueovorin curative treatment of eetopie pregnancy, for the lower levels of serum β--HCG was more efficient. No eases of severe hemorrhagic shock and death appeared during the treatment. Therefore it is a reliable treatment for unmarried patients with conservative treatment.
