锁定钢板内固定术治疗跟骨骨折临床疗效观察

目的评价锁定钢板内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法对2011年1月至2013年1月我院收治的74例跟骨骨折患者分别采用锁定钢板内固定术（实验组37足）和闭合复位术（对照组37足）治疗,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为91.9%、对照组总有效率为75.7%,实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论采用锁定钢板内固定术治疗跟骨骨折疗效较好,其效果优于闭合复位法。

Observation on the clinical efficacy of locking plate fixation for 74 cases of calcaneal fractures

Objective Evaluation of locking plate fixation of surgical treatment of calcaneus fracture efficacy. Methods 74 cases of ealeaneal fractures treated the affected foot for the study from January 2011 to January 2013 ,were randomly divided into experimental group （locking plate fixation group ） and control group （closed reduction group） of 37 feet,between the compare the efficacy of the treatment. Results Test group results were excellent in 19 feet （51.35 %）, total effective rate 9 i. 90 % excellent control effect of 15 feet （40. 54 % ）, total effective rate 75.67 % The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was superior to the control group, P 〈0.05, statistically significant difference.Conclusion Choosing the right heel fracture treatment is the key to treatment,the use of locking plate fixation is better than closed reduction method.
