摘    要:实验结果表明,丹参口服液按20g/kg体重、40g/kg体重剂量经小鼠口服(灌胃)给药12天,能明显降低四氯化碳和醋氨酚肝毒剂量所致的小鼠SGPT升高,抑制肝细胞脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的生成,并能提高肝毒物质中毒小鼠的存活率。提录对实验性肝损伤具有明显的防护作用。此外,本品尚可增加正常小鼠肝糖原、DNA、RNA含量。降低肝细胞总脂的含量。

Abstract:Carbon tetrachloride (Cl_4) and Acetaminophen were used to establist the liver injury model and the protective effect of SMB oral solu- ??tion on liver injuries were studied in the present paper. The high serum glutamatepyruvic transminase (sGPT) level and production of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in liver homogenates were significantly decreased by the pretreatment of SMB oral solution 20g/kg, 40g/kg i.g. for 12 days in CCl_4 and Acetaminophen intoxicated mice. The results suggest that SMB played a protective role in hepatic injury in mice. The gross liver glycogen, RNA, DNA, contents were increased and lipid was significantly decreased compared with those of the control group in mice by the administration of SMB oral solution (20g/kg, 40g/kg )for 30 days.
