贫血与慢性心力衰竭预后的关系探讨

 目的 探讨贫血与慢性心力衰竭预后的关系.方法 对115例NYHA Ⅱ～Ⅳ级至少1个月的住院慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者进行血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)检查及超声心动图LVEF测量,并对所有患者进行全因死亡和因心力衰竭再入院的随访观察.结果 随着心功能恶化,Hb水平逐渐下降,贫血组CHF患者病死率及再入院率明显增加.结论 CHF患者常合并贫血.贫血的程度与CHF严重程度相关.贫血可作为CHF患者不良预后的预测因素之一.

Relationship between anemia and prognosis of chronic heart failure

Objective To study the correlation between anemia（ Hb 〈 12 g/dl in women and Hb 〈 13 g/dl in men） and the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods In 115 inpatients with CHF（ age, 73.6 ±9.3years; New York Heart Association Class Ⅱ to Ⅳ at least 1 month） , hemoglobin（Hb） levels and LVEF were determined. They were followed up for any hospi- talization due to HF and all - cause mortality. Results With increasing severity of heart failure, the level of Hb declined significantly. the hospitalization due to HF and all - cause mortality increased significantly in patients with anemia. Conclusions Anemia was common in CHF. The degree of anemia was correlated with the severity of heart failure and was associated with one factor of the prognosis （all cause mortality and CHF hospitalization） in patients with CHF.
