子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用

目的探讨选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用及疗效。方法采用Seldinger技术行超选择性双侧子宫动脉插管栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤患者31例，术后1—12个月随访复查患者临床症状及子宫瘤体改变情况。结果肌瘤及子宫体积均有明显缩小，月经量及周期恢复正常，贫血改善，未出现严重的并发症。结论子宫肌瘤的介入治疗是一种安全、有效的保守治疗和微创治疗方法，远期疗效有待进一步观察。

Clinical application of uterine arterial embolization for the hysteromyoma

[Objective] To study the clinical application and effect of super selective arterial embolism therapy in the treatment of hysteromyoma. [Method] 31 cases of hysteromyoma were treated by the method. The symptoms and volume of the uterus and myoma were observed in the next year. [Result] The volume of the uterus and myoma were diminution significantly, the menstrual cyele and menstrual blood volume were normal and anemia was improved. No severe complications were observed in the study. [Conclusion] Uterine artery embolization is a safe and effective method for treating hysteromyoma. Further investigation would be needed to assess the long term effect.
