气象因素与青岛市区儿童哮喘发作的关系

目的探讨青岛市区儿童哮喘发作与气象因素的关系。方法统计青岛市区2000~2004年445例哮喘病儿的哮喘发作时间及同期的月平均气温、气压、相对湿度、风速等气象资料。圆分布分析儿童哮喘发作的季节规律;直线相关、多元逐步回归分析气象因素与儿童哮喘发作之间的关系。结果青岛市区儿童哮喘发作以冬季为高峰,男、女病儿平均角分别在1、12月份(P<0.05)。儿童哮喘多于高气压、低气温、低湿度的气象条件下发作(r=-0.320~0.435,P<0.05)。结论气象因素是青岛市区儿童哮喘发作的影响因素,在儿童哮喘发作的预防工作中应充分考虑其发病的季节特点。

STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ASTHMATIC ATTACK IN CHILDREN AND METEOROLOGICAL FACTORS IN QINGDAO URBAN AREA

Objective To study the relationship between asthmatic attack in children and meteorological factors in Qing-dao urban area. Methods Clinical data of 445 patients with asthmatic attack from year 2000 to 2004 were collected and analysed.Data on climatic conditions during the same period in Qingdao urban area were studied.The relationship between the attack and re-levant meteorological factors was examined by using linear regression analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis.The seasonal rhythm of asthmatic attack was studied by using circular distribution analysis. Results The peak season of asthmatic attacks was in winter and the mean angles of boys and girls were in January and December,respectively(P<0.05),Higher incidence og asthmatic attack was related with high air pressure,low temperature,and low humidity(r=-0.320-0.435,P<0.05). Conclusion The climate conditions affect the incidence of asthmatic attack in children in Qingdao urban area.Meteorological factors should be taken into consideration in the prevention of the disease.
