| 摘 要： | 目的:了解长沙地区丁肝病毒(HDV)感染与HBV血清标志物模式的关系,探讨HBV与HDV在重叠感染时的相互作用。方法:对抗HDV-IgM阳性的患者血清用ELISA法进行乙肝二对半检测,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:在HDV阳性患者中,HBV复制活跃的感染模式为63.7%,HBV复制缓慢的感染模式为26.5%,HBV五项均阴性的感染模式为8.9%。结论:HDV的致病机理复杂,HBV复制活跃者比HBV复制缓慢者更易感染HDV病毒,且HDV感染不影响HBV复制。
