| 摘 要： | 目的探讨年轻宫颈癌患者卵巢移植的效果。方法7例患者行腋窝下血管吻合的卵巢移植，利用B超及测定血清性激素水平定期监测保留的卵巢功能。结果术后1个月卵巢形态正常，术后3、6个月可见卵巢呈周期性变化，性激素水平3～6个月逐渐恢复正常。结论吻合血管的自体卵巢移植可作为年轻宫颈癌患者保留卵巢的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of auto-ovary transplantation in young patients with early cervical cancer. Methods Seven cases who had been accepted primary radical hysterectomy experienced auto-ovary transplantation. B-ultrasonic and serum concentration of sex hormone were examined at regular intervals to evaluate the function of preserved ovaries. Results Ovarian configuration of all cases was normal 1 month after operation. The ovaries changed periodically within the first period of 6 months postoperatively. The concentration of sex hormone recovered gradually in 3 months,and was normal in 9 months postoperatively in 5 cases. Conclusion Auto-ovary transplantation in young patients with early cervical cancer can be regarded as an effective method of preservation of ovarian function. |
