| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨喉返神经显露在甲状腺手术中的临床疗效.方法 回顾分析该院2005年1月～2011年10月接受甲状腺手术的病例资料,其中显露喉返神经组97例;未显露喉返神经组73例.比较分析术后喉返神经损伤情况.结果 显露喉返神经组喉返神经损伤1例,损伤率1.03％;非显露喉返神经组喉返神经损伤4例,损伤率5.48％.两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 甲状腺切除术中显露喉返神经对保护喉返神经是安全和有效的.

| Abstract: | 【Objective】To evaluate the clinical efficacy of exposing recurrent laryngeal nerve in thyroid surgery.【Methods】170 patients who underwent thyroid operations from January 2005 to October 2011 were reviewed and evaluated.The RLN was exposed in 97 cases and was not exposed in 73 cases.【Results】One cases(1.03%) suffered from temporary RLN injury in exposure group and 4 cases(5.48%) suffered from RLN injury in non-exposure group(P <0.05).【Conclusion】Exposure of RLN in thyroid surgery greatly can decrease the RLN injury rate. |
