主-肺动脉聚乙烯管吻合术制作动脉导管未闭兔模型的相关研究

摘    要:目的 采用Seldinger法带针芯血管穿刺置管的基本原理在开胸条件下将聚乙烯管吻合至幼兔的主动脉和主肺动脉上,建立模拟动脉导管未闭(PDA)的兔模型,为先天性心脏病及其继发的肺高压研究提供可能的模型.方法 幼兔50只按体重编号完全随机分组分为实验组(30只)和假手术组(20只).实验组将聚乙烯管吻合至主动脉和主肺动脉之间;术后通过彩色超声心动图检查吻合管通畅情况,并行血流动力学监测.结果 术后彩色超声心动图检查可见分流信号;术后3个月形成肺动脉高压,肺组织病理检查示肺小动脉内膜及肌层增厚.结论 用Seldinger法带针芯血管穿刺置管的基本原理将聚乙烯管吻合至幼兔的主动脉和主肺动脉上的方法可成功建立模拟PDA的兔模型.

Abstract:Objective Using the principle of Seldinger method to in open-chest conditions to archieve polyethylene pipe anastomosis between aorta and main pulmonary artery in rabbits to produce models for research of congenital heart disease and condary pulmony hypertension.Methods 50 young rabbit were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=20).The polyethylene pipe was introduced between the aorta and the main pulmonary artery in the experimental group.Postoperative patency of the onastomosis pipe was evaluated by doppler exam.Results Dopplar ultrasound examination showed shunt signal after the opernation.Pulmonary hypertension was presents 3 months after the operation.Lung tissue pathology.Showed hyperplasion of intima and muscular layer of pulmonary arterides.Conclusions With the principle of Seldinger,method PDA models of rabbit can be made with polythyline pipe anastomosis.
