门诊健康教育对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨门诊健康教育对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响.方法对233例 2 型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组120例,对照组113例,干预组进行半年的门诊健康教育随访,采用使用SF-36生活质量量表在两组干预前后进行评分.结果 干预前两组间各维度评分无明显差异.半年后随访,对照组各维度评分与半年前比较均无明显差异(P>0.05).干预组在生理职能、总体健康、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等维度评分均有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 门诊健康教育可以提高糖尿病患者生活质量.

Impact of health education in outpatient department on the quality of life of diabetic patients

Objective To investigate the impact of health education in outpatient department on the quality of life of diabetic patients.Methods 233 diabetic patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.There was 120 patients in observation,113 in control group.The health education in outpatient department was carried out in observation group,SF-36 questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life before intervention and after half a year’s follow up.Results The scores of two groups were no significant differences in every dimensions(P>0.05),and no significant differences were found in control group after half a year’s follow up(P>0.05).The scores of role physical,general health,vitality,social functioning,role emotional,mental health dimensions were higher after health education in outpatient department in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education in outpatient department may improve the quality of life of diabetic patients.
