| 摘 要： | 在初步探讨土家族养生文化范畴的基础上,从宗教文化、生活方式和民俗民风等诸多方面探讨了其养生文化的内涵及其现实意义,认为通过探讨土家族养生文化,可为现代养生保健的科学、健康发展提供参照与借鉴,有利于最大范围和限度减少生活方式疾病的发生,提高全民健康水平.

| Abstract: | Tujia and health culture in the preliminary study on the basis of areas, from the religious culture, lifestyle and folk customs, and many other aspects of their health and their practical significance and cultural meaning that through the health of Tujia culture for modern health care science, health development as reference, the scope and limits of the maximum benefit to reduce the incidence of lifestyle diseases, improve the national health standard. |
