小儿肺炎支原体感染病原学监测结果分析

摘    要:目的了解肺炎支原体(MP)感染病原学情况。方法对2007年10月至2008年10月在我科住院及门诊就诊疑似MP感染的患儿采用明胶颗粒被动凝集法检测血清中MP-IgM滴度。结果<1岁MP-IgM阳性率最低(5.15%),冬春季节为MP感染的高峰期,男、女患儿MP感染差异无统计学意义,常可累及心、肝、肾、胃肠道、血液等多种肺外器官。结论MP是儿童感染的主要病原体之一,发病年龄有提前趋势,早期诊断和治疗非常重要。

Abstract:Objective To understand the nature of mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection in chilren.Methods Conducted sing gelatin particle agglutination test to detection of anti-mycoplasma pneumonia antibody in children who visit our hospital inpatient and outpatient during 10/2007~10/2008 and were suspected with infected from MP.Results Positive incidence is the lowest in less than one year old (5.15%). The peak season for MP is winter and spring. There were no significant difference between boys and girls patients with MP infection. The MP infection could often involving other organs besides lungs such as heart, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal and blood et al.Conclusion MP is one of primary pathogen of infections in children. The age of children getting infected with MP is getting younger. Early diagnosis and treatment is essential.
