原发性乳腺癌中p16和c-erbB-2蛋白表达的意义

我们采用免疫组化技术，检测５０例原发性朱癌Ｐ１６和ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白表达情况。结果显示：１７例（３４．００％）Ｐ１６基因表达阳性，２４例（４８．００％）ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ２－基因蛋白表达阳性。Ｐ１６蛋白表达与乳腺癌的临床病理因素及预后无明显相关性。ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ２－基因表达在有淋巴结转移的乳腺较多见（Ｐ＝０．０２３７），且５年生存率低于一组（Ｐ＝０．０１６９）。Ｐ１６和ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白表达之间不存在

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE EXPRESSION OF P16 AND c-erbB-2 PROTEINS IN PRIMARY BREAST CANCER

To study the expression of P16 and c-erbB-2 and its clinical significance in primary breast cancer.Methods:The expression of P16 and c-erbB-2 were detected with immunohistochemical technique in 50 cases of primary breast cancer, 10 cases of papilloma within lactiferous duct and 10 cases of normal breast specimens.Results:Positive P16 protein expressed in 17 cases of breast cancer (34%) and positive c-erbB-2 protein expressed in 24 cases of breast cancer (48%). There was not a significant correlation between the expression of P16 protein and the clinical pathological factors and the prognosis of breast cancer. The expression of c-erbB-2 protein increased significantly in the breast cancer with lymphatic metastasis ( P <0.05), which had a lower five-year survival rate than that in the cases without lymphatic metastasis ( P <0.05). There was not an expression consistency between P16 and c-erbB-2 proteins.Conclusions:Higher expression of c-erbB-2 occurs in the breast cancer with lymphatic metastasis and decreases the late survival rate of the patients.
