| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索对肺炎患儿血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)和C鄄反应蛋白(C鄄RP)的影响。方法:将病人分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(30例),对照组常规抗感染治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用氨溴索氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗5d,记录每天用药前后各临床指标和SAA和C鄄RP浓度变化。结果:治疗组用药前后SAA和C鄄RP浓度比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴索能使血清SAA和C鄄RP明显下降,提高抗生素疗效,缩短疗程。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of ambroxol on serum amyloid A(SAA)and C-reactive protein(C-RP)of children with pneumonia.Methods:Patients were divided into treatment group(31cases)and control group(30cases).In treatment group,ambroxol was used under the condition of antibiotics.In control group ambroxol was not used.Clinical data and SAA,C-RP were evaluated before treatment and5days after treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,there are significant changes of SAA and C-RP(P<0.01).There are also significant differences between treatment group and control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:SAA and C-RP decreased obviously after using ambroxol.Ambroxol could increase the effect of antibiotics and shortened the treatment period. |
