上海市金山区幼托机构家长手足口病防治知识、带菌情况及对环境的满意度

目的了解上海市金山区幼托机构家长对手足口病相关知识掌握的现状及家长手足口病病毒的带菌情况。为金山区幼托机构手足口病管理及健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用随机整群的抽样方法,抽取金山区11所托幼机构中11个班级的家长为调查对象,共对455名家长进行有效问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果家长的学历普遍较低,其中该地家长学历较外来家长高。家长对手足口病病原体、传播途径和有无疫苗的知晓率较低,对手足口病主要由肠道病毒(EV71、CoxA16)引起的知晓率仅为54.73%;该地家长总体知晓率高于外来家长。家长健康生活行为形成情况较好;家长的带菌率为20.00%。家长最希望通过电视、网络等渠道获得关于手足口病的防治知识。少数家长对居住地环境不满意,不满意的主要原因均为垃圾处理不及时。结论金山区幼托机构家长对手足口病相关的健康知识掌握较缺乏,应注重加强健康教育与管理,尤其针对外来家长,要做好长期有效的手足口病预防控制知识的宣传教育。

Survey of preschool parents about HFMD prevention knowledge,bacteria carrying status and environment satisfaction in Jinshan District of Beijing City

Objective]To understand preschool parents about HFMD related knowledge levels and their HFMD virus carrying status in Jinshan District of Shanghai City,and provide a theoretical basis on preschools for the HFMD management and health education.Methods]Random cluster sampling method was adopted to select 11 classes in 11 nurseries of parents for the survey in Jinshan District,a total of 455 parents completed valid questionnaires.The survey results were statistically analyzed.Results]Parental education was generally low,local parents’ education level was higher than the migrant parents.The parents had lower awareness about the HFMD pathogens,transmission,and availability of vaccine.Only 54.73% knew that HFMD mainly caused by the enterovirus(EV71,CoxA16);the overall awareness of local parents were higher than migrant parents.Most parents formed a healthy life behavior.The carrying rate of virus among parents was 20.00%.Most parents hoped to obtain knowledge about HFMD prevention and treatment through television,Internet and other media.A few parents were not satisfied with living environment,the main reason were the untimely waste disposal.Conclusion]Preschools parents are lack of HFMD health knowledge in Jinshan District,health education and management should be strengthened,especially for the migrant parents,long-term missionary HFMD prevention and control knowledge should be implemented well.
