| 摘 要： | 目的:观察与分析中西医结合疗法对排卵障碍性不孕的干预效果,以期提高临床疗效、总结出一种更加合理的治疗方案。方法:选取84例排卵障碍性不孕者且按照1∶1比例将其分为中西医结合疗法组和单纯西医治疗组(每组42例),同时对两组患者干预治疗方案、效果等进行观察,然后对观察到的数据给予统计学处理与相关分析。结果:中西医结合疗法组在排卵率、妊娠率方面高于单纯西医治疗且在改善子宫内膜厚度方面也优于单纯西医治疗(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法对排卵障碍性不孕者效果显著且可行,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。

Intervention effects of the integrative medicine against ovulatory dysfunction infertility |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe and analyze the intervention effects of the integrative medicine against ovulatory dysfunction infertility,to improve the clinical efficacy,and summarize a more reasonable treatment options.Methods: 84 cases were divided into the integrative medicine group and the western medicine group(42 cases for each),at the same time,intervention programs and effects of the two groups were observed,and then the observed data were given the statistical analysis and correlation analysis.Results: The efficacy of the integrative medicine group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion: The integrative medicine was effective in treating ovulatory dysfunction infertility and was a safe and effective treatment options. |
