| 摘 要： | 目的总结2型糖尿病患者,T管拔除术后胆瘘的护理体会。方法回顾性分析2003年6月~2011年08月我院收治的14例T管拔除术后胆瘘患者的临床资料。结果 14例胆瘘患者中,12例为2型糖尿病患者,4例仅行对症处理,7例经原T管窦道置管引流。3例行胆总管T管引流,腹腔冲洗引流术,结论2型糖尿病患者T管拔除术后发生胆瘘的几率明显增高,拔管前后严格监控血糖,及早发现胆瘘、及时处理,做好管道护理及病情观察,是保证患者获得良好预后的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing experience of type 2 diabetes patients with biliary fistula after T tube extubation.Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with postoperative biliary fistula from June 2003 to August 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 14 biliary fistula patients,12 suffered from type 2 diabetes.Four patients only received expectant treatment,and 7 were treated with T tube sinus catheter drainage.Another 3 patients were administered T tube drainage and peritoneal lavage and drainage.Conclusion Incidence rate of biliary fistula after T tube extubation in type 2 diabetes patients increased markedly.Strict monitoring of blood glucose before and after extubation,early detection and treatment of biliary fistula as well as pipe nursing and observation of the disease progression are important if patients want to acquire favourable prognosis. |
