马来酸曲美布汀联合中药内服治疗上腹痛综合征60例

目的]观察马来酸曲美布汀联合中药内服治疗上腹痛综合征疗效。方法]对60例上腹痛综合征患者使用马来酸曲美布汀联合中药内服,连服4周,比较治疗前后缓解症状。结果]总有效率为96.67%,明显改善上腹痛综合征的其他主要症状,在整个治疗过程中无一例出现任何明显的不良反应。结论]马来酸曲美布汀结合中药治疗上腹痛综合征,既安全又有效,值得推广到临床上使用。

Trimebutine Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treating Epigastric Pain Syndrome in 60 Cases

Objective]Through this article to 60 clinical cases observation of trimebutine maleate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of epigastric pain syndrome.Methods]Through to 60 cases of epigastric pain syndrome in patients with oral administration of trimebutine combined with traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were compared before and after treatment,to analysis of trimebutine combined with traditional Chinese medicine on upper abdominal pain syndrome treatment.Results]60 patients with epigastric pain syndrome patients after 4 weeks of treatment time,the total improvement rate was 83.4%,and obviously improve the epigastric pain syndrome and other major symptoms,in the whole course of treatment,there was no any obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion]Trimebutine combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of epigastric pain syndrome,both safe and effective,worthy of promotion to clinical use.
