| 摘 要： | 调查45岁以上工人、离退休人员、干部、科技人员共941名.男732人,女209人,年龄最大68岁.共检出高脂血症174人,总检出率为18.6%,男19.3%,女15.2%.本调查和同年龄组北京城区居民相比,血脂水平明显偏低.血脂升高在老年前期,接近老年期呈稳定或下降趋势.高脂血症与性别和眼底动脉硬化无关,与职业和冠心病密切相关.

| Abstract: | Of the 941 workers and staff members above 45 of different occupations 174 are found to be suffering from hyperlipidemia (81.6%) with males making up 19.3% and females 15.8%. The survey shows that the blood-lipid level of workers and staff members subjects of Yimeng mountain areas is significantly lower than that of those of the same age in Beijing City proper. The results show that the blood-lipid level is not related to sexes and atherosclerosis in fundus oculi but closely correlated with occupations and coronary heart diseases. |
