| 摘 要： | 本文报告了25例 46个股骨头缺血性坏死 MRI表现,证实了其早期 MRI表现是“双线征”。我们发现T_1加权像上股骨头呈楔状或扇状低信号区,并在T_2加权像上见到“双线征”。并提出了MRI分期与X线分期的关系以及鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | The present paper reports on MRI findings of 46 femoral heads in 25 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head. The "double line sign" was found to be a characteristic MRI manifestation in early cases of avascular necrosis of the head of femur. The authors suggested that avascular necrosis of the head of femur may be classified into early, intermediate and advanced stages according to MRI findings. |
