二级医院新入职护士两年规范化培训模式的探索

摘    要:目的 探索一套二级医院新护士两年规范化培训管理模式,通过有计划、有目标、有针对性的规范化培训,提高新护士工作能力。方法 构建新护士两年规范化培训管理模式,随机选取2015年和2016年8月新入职护士32名为对照组,2017年8月新入职护士32名全部纳入实验组,有重点、有计划的实施培训。结果 实验组新护士理论、操作技能水平和综合能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 二级医院新护士两年规范化培训管理模式的应用,对提高新护士的理论水平、技术水平和综合能力,培养新护士的职业道德和服务意识,为患者提供更好的服务具有明显的效果。

Exploration of two-year standardized training management model for new nurses in secondary hospitals

Abstract:Objective To explore a two-year standardized training management model for new nurses in secondary hospitals, and to improve the working ability of new nurses through planned, targeted and targeted standardized training. Methods A two-year standardized training management model for new nurses was established. 32 new nurses were randomly selected as the control group in August 2015 and 2016, and 32 new nurses in August 2017 were all included in the experimental group, with focused and planned implementation of training. Results The scores of theory, operation skill and comprehensive ability of new nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of two-year standardized training management model for new nurses in secondary hospitals has obvious effects on improving the theory, technical level and comprehensive ability of new nurses, cultivating their professional ethics and service consciousness, and providing better services for patients.
