| 摘 要： | 报告1例4岁女性患儿,右手掌小鱼际褐色斑片2个月。皮损真菌镜检见棕色分隔、分枝菌丝。皮损真菌培养见黑色酵母样菌落生长。基因测序为威尼克何德霉。诊断:掌黑癣。给予1%联苯苄唑乳膏每日1次外用,0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏每晚1次外用,2周后皮损完全消退,随访1个月未见复发。

A case of tinea nigra palmaris caused by Hortaea werneckii |

| Abstract: | A 4-year-old girl complained an asymptomatic brown patch developed on the hypothenar of the right palm for 2 months. Brownish branching septate mycelium were found under the microscopy, and black yeast-like colony grows were observed in fungal culture. The result of gene sequencing supported Hortaea werneckii. The diagnosis was tinea nigra palmaris. Topically, 1% bifonazole cream was applied once per day, and 0.1% tazarotene cream was applied once per night. The lesion gradually disappeared over 2 weeks and no recurrence was found in the follow-up for 1 month. |
