中药配合中医综合护理对慢性乙肝肝硬化气滞血瘀型患者疗效及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨分析中药配合具有中医特色的综合护理对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法：抽取2017年1月至2018年6月于本院收治的慢性乙肝肝硬化患者130例按照随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,给予对照组患者住院期间常规治疗与护理,在上述基础给予研究组患者中药调理及具有中医特色的综合护理方案,连续干预3个月,检测患者护理前后肝功能指标变化,并记录其临床症状表现消退时间。通过WHOQOL-BREF评估护理前后生存质量,统计患者对护理服务满意情况。结果：经临床治疗及护理后研究组患者各项临床症状消退时间均明显较对照组更短,血清AST、ALT以及TBiL表达均明显低于对照组,WHOQOL-BREF表各维度评分均远比对照组更高,护理满意度明显优于对照组(98.46% vs 84.62%),整体治疗效果显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论：对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者应用中药调理及具有中医特色综合护理方案进行治疗,可以有效促进临床症状消退,缩短治疗时间,促进肝功能改善,提高患者生活质量,同时整体提升临床护理质量,护理效果显著。

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the curative effect and life quality of patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis, qi stagnation and blood stasis

Abstract]Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive nursing with Chinese medicine characteristics on the treatment effect andquality of life of patients with chronic HBV cirrhosis and liver depression and spleen deficie-ncy.Methods:Methods A total of 130 patients with chronic HBV cirrhosis and liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type were selected from January 2017 to June 2018 in The Fifth People"s Hospital of Wuxi City,The patients were divided into control gr-oup and study group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were gi-ven conventional treatment and care during hospitalization.Based on this, patients in the study group were given Chinese medicine conditioning and comprehensive nursing plan with Chinese medicine characteristic-s,Continuous intervention for 4 weeks.The changes of liver function indexes and clinical symptoms before and after nursing were compared between the two groups of patients; the quality of life before and after nursing was assessed by the WHOQOL-BREF; the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursin-g services was compared.Results:After 4 weeks of intervention, the Chinese medicine syndrome scores, asp-artate aminotransferase AST, alanine aminotransferase ALT, and total bilirubin TBiL expression in the stu-dy group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05);The WHOQOL-BREF tab-le scores in all dimensions, nursing satisfaction (98.46% vs 84.62%), and overall treatment effect were si-gnificantly better than the control group (all P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic h-epatitis B cirrhosis, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and comprehensive nursing program with Chinese medicine characteristics can effectively promote the disappe-arance of clinical symptoms, improve liver function, improve the quality of life of patients, and simultane-ously improve the quality of clinical care and nursing effects.
